- Can I get labels and/or card
products sent to
a P. O. Box?
This option is NOT available. Product must be shipped to a physical address
locationNO P. O. Boxes.

- Is there next day shipping
available?
Currently, there is no option for next day shipping for guaranteed over night arrival of
labels, but since cards & labels typically arrive at your destination within 2-5 days,
most customers shipping needs are met. See also question 4 just below.

- How long does it take for
product to arrive at my
shipping address?
Once the order has been placed through the online order process, your order usually is
shipped the same day if the order has been submitted in the morning hours CST or the next
day if your order has been submitted in the afternoon hours CST. Under these normal
circumstances you can expect product to arrive at the shipping address generally within
3-10 days (2-5 days is common for many shipping addresses). Sometimes
labels arrive at your destination the very next day.
Though rare, in the event product supplies are not available in warehouse for immediate
shipping, production of the label or card will commence which will delay shipment time.
Under the delayed shipment situation, product may take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your
shipping destination. Usually product is in the warehouse for immediate shippingno
delay in shipment.

- Is shipping available to
locations outside of the continental United States?
No. Shipping is only available to the continental United States (48 contiguous states). No
shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other locations even if they fall
under the jurisdiction of the United States.

- How do I return a product? (Return Procedure)
- Please do NOT return product before talking with a customer support
person at ShoppersBargain.com (see phone number at bottom of page).
- Call ShoppersBargain.com first of your wish to make a return (see
phone number at bottom of page).
- Customer support will gather necessary order information from you.
- Customer support will call you back with return instructions and a RGA
number. The RGA number must be placed on the outside of the return box.
- Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund to your credit card is issued (if
applicable).
Additional information on returns:
- When a return is to be made a shipping service will pick up the items.
Please allow 3-10 business days for a shipping service to collect items.
- Someone must be available during normal business hours at the address
listed for pickup.
- Packages cannot be picked up at P.O. Boxes.
- A replacement will be sent once the incorrect order is returned. See additional replacement information.

- How do I qualify for
reimbursement of a return product?
When applicable, product must be returned in original packaging and be in re-saleable
condition. Return procedure must be followed.

- Are there any return fees for
items returned?
(See also question 9) When you return product that is sent to you without defect and
matches the product that you ordered, a restocking fee of 10% of the order or $10.00
(whichever is greater) is charged to you (the customer). The restocking fee includes the
shipping charge. The amount of refund is calculated by subtracting the restocking fee from
the total sum of original order. The amount left is your refund to be issued to your
credit card. Return procedure must be followed. (See also

- Is there a return fee for items
sent in error by ShoppersBargain.com?
If an error occurred on our part, (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect) there is NO
restocking fee charged to customers. Once the product is returned it will be inspected. If
the inspection report corresponds to the reason given for the return, a refund equaling
the total sum of original order will be issued to your credit card.

- What if I need a replacement
immediately when returning product?
You will need to submit a new order of correct product through ShoppersBargain.com's
online ordering process.

- What action do I take if the
product is damaged during shipping making the product not useable?
First, call ShoppersBargain.com about the damaged product (follow
Return Procedure). A claim will be filed with UPS. Once the claim process is complete,
a refund will be issued. There will NOT be a restocking fee charged. You will need to
either reorder the correct item or wait until the product is received back before a
replacement is sent. Return procedure must be followed.

- What action do I take if
product is defective (die cut not aligned, backing not aligned, etc.)?
First, call ShoppersBargain.com about the defective product (follow
Return Procedure). A shipping service will pick-up the product. Upon inspection, a
decision will be made concerning a refund. You will need to reorder the item or wait until
the inspection is complete for replacement product to be sent out. Return
procedure must be followed.

NOT receive the product?
First, call ShoppersBargain.com about the missing product (see phone number at bottom of
page). A tracer will be submitted to UPS to verify all delivery/signature information. You
will need to reorder the item or wait until the claim is complete for a replacement
product to be sent to you.
